Information on this site, the online Wellness Blueprint and our blog is for general education. It is not a diagnosis or medical advice and does not replace your primary care provider. Using this site does not create a provider–patient relationship; that begins at your first visit. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

First visits and cancellations

Payment is taken when you book: $100 for the 30-minute first visit or $190 for the 1-hour visit. Reschedule free up to 24 hours ahead. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.

Memberships

Membership terms are listed on our Membership Terms page.

Memberships are 12-month terms, billed monthly, that renew automatically each year. We'll remind you 30 days before your renewal date. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. If you added a Lab Plan, the remaining Lab Plan balance for the term is due at cancellation.

Monthly maintenance sessions start on day one and bank during your first series. Unused monthly sessions roll over for up to 12 months, with no more than 12 banked per device (Emsculpt NEO® and Emsella® counted separately).

Supplement credits apply to your recipe formulas each month; anything above the credit is billed at your member rate. Credits do not carry over to the next month.

Included treatments depend on continued candidacy; our care team reassesses at 90 days and at least annually.

Member pricing and event pricing do not combine.

Ultimate and Total Makeover are 12-month memberships with limited seats.

Memberships are not insurance.
