What we collect

Information you give us in forms, bookings and checkout: your name, email, phone, appointment details and the interests you choose. Payment cards are processed by our payment provider; we don't store full card numbers. The online Wellness Blueprint keeps the specific goals and health items you check in your browser; they are not sent to us unless you choose to share them. We also collect basic site analytics (pages viewed, device and browser type) through cookies.

How we use it

To respond to you, schedule and remind you of visits, manage memberships and billing, improve our site, and, with your consent, send emails and texts about appointments and offers.

Texts and email

You can opt out of texts by replying STOP and out of email using the unsubscribe link. See our SMS Terms.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run scheduling, communications, payments and our website (for example, our CRM and booking system, payment processor, email provider, website host and analytics). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing.

Health information

Information about your care at our clinic is kept in your patient record and protected under applicable law. Please don't send health details through website forms.

How long we keep it

As long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18.
