Event drawing official rules
Effective October 14, 2026
- Sponsor: Kennedy Wellness Labs, 790 W. Evans Ave, Denver, CO 80223.
- Drawing: Public Launch, Thursday, October 22, 2026, 4–7 PM. Winners drawn at 7:00 PM.
- Eligibility: Legal residents of Colorado, 18 or older. Employees of Kennedy Wellness Labs and their households are not eligible.
- How to enter: Attend the event and sign in, or enter without attending by emailing kennedywellnessclinic@gmail.com with your name and phone number by October 22, 2026 at 5:00 PM. Limit one entry per person.
- No purchase necessary: No purchase or membership necessary. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.
- Prizes: PRIZE DETAILS TO BE CONFIRMED
- Odds: Odds depend on the number of eligible entries.
- Winners: Winners are notified by phone or email within 3 days and must claim their prize within 14 days. Prizes are not transferable and have no cash value.
- Agreement: By entering, you agree to these rules.
